NoteTraveller/Tourist/Adventurer will accept these Terms and Conditions without any point of contention.
👉 Sasan Gir National Park validates the Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Direct Deposit as methods of payment;
👉 Make sure the payments are remitted in the Bank Account of the Company;
👉 Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers need to pay at least 50% to confirm the booking. Remaining payment shall be made on the day Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers begins the Safari Tour;
👉 Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers can also pay 100% of the Booking Amount and enjoy benefits, including the discount;
👉 Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers should pay the Govt. Taxes, Surcharges and Fee for the Tour;
👉 Only base level room shall be provided in the hotel;
👉 If the Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers want to get transferred to luxury room, then they need to pay extra amount directly to the hotel authorities;
👉 The timings for Check-In is 12:00 Noon, and that of Check-Out is 11:00AM;
👉 Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers need to provide correct and updated personal information during the time of booking. In case the Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers provide incorrect information (Including Age), they shall be penalised by severe penalty when beginning the Safari Tour;
👉 If there is no room available in designated hotel, then we will make necessary arrangements to accommodate the Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers in a hotel with similar room;
👉 If there are 3 Travellers/Tourists stationed in a single room, an additional mattress shall be given
👉 The information regarding changes made to Govt. Taxes, Hotel Charges, Safari Charges etc. shall be informed through Email or Phone prior to the Date of Travelling;
👉 Neither we and nor any of our partner owes direct/indirect responsibility for occurrence of any accident, Loss/Theft or damage or obliteration of the luggage;
👉 We hold the obligatory rights for making perceptible changes to Itineraries and Safari Tours, depending upon the operational circumstances.
