Tour Iternary

Upon arriving at the gate of Gir National Park, our representative will be there to welcome you. They will escort you to the resort, where you will complete the check-in formalities. After settling in, you can relax and enjoy lunch at the hotel. In the evening, you have the option to explore nearby attractions at your leisure. Upon returning to the resort, you will have dinner and then spend a restful night in your accommodations.

In the morning, you will enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast before preparing for your safari ride in Gir National Park. During the safari, you will encounter majestic animals, prey species, and a variety of flora. Feel free to take photos to capture the memories. The safari lasts about 3 to 4 hours. Afterward, you will return to the resort, where refreshments will be provided before you check out. Once you've checked out, our officials will escort you back to the main gate of Gir Forest. This package is perfect for those seeking a brief yet immersive wildlife experience, ideal for travelers with limited vacation time.

Terms & Conditions

👉 NOTE: Traveller/Tourist/Adventurer will accept these Terms and Conditions without any point of contention.

👉 GirLionSafari.co.in validates the Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Direct Deposit as methods of payment;

👉 Make sure the payments are remitted in the Bank Account of the Company;

👉 Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers need to pay at least 50% to confirm the booking. Remaining payment shall be made on the day Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers begins the Safari Tour;

👉 Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers can also pay 100% of the Booking Amount and enjoy benefits, including the discount;

👉 Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers should pay the Govt. Taxes, Surcharges and Fee for the Tour;

👉 Only base level room shall be provided in the hotel;

👉 If the Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers want to get transferred to luxury room, then they need to pay extra amount directly to the hotel authorities;

👉 The timings for Check-In is 12:00 Noon, and that of Check-Out is 11:00AM;

👉 Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers need to provide correct and updated personal information during the time of booking. In case the Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers provide incorrect information (Including Age), they shall be penalised by severe penalty when beginning the Safari Tour;

👉 If there is no room available in designated hotel, then GirLionSafari.co.in will make necessary arrangements to accommodate the Travellers/Tourists/Adventurers in a hotel with similar room;

👉 If there are 3 Travellers/Tourists stationed in a single room, an additional mattress shall be given;

👉 The information regarding changes made to Govt. Taxes, Hotel Charges, Safari Charges etc. shall be informed through Email or Phone prior to the Date of Travelling;

👉 Neither we and nor any of our partner owes direct/indirect responsibility for occurrence of any accident, Loss/Theft or damage or obliteration of the luggage;

👉 GirLionSafari.co.in has the obligatory rights for making perceptible changes to Itineraries and Safari Tours, depending upon the operational circumstances.

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

NoteIf you need to postpone or cancel your tour/travel for any reason, you must inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written notice. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • 👉 If in serendipity or due to any inevitable purpose the traveller/tourist/visitor proposes to either postpone or opt for cancellation of safari trip, then S/he should intimate about such a postponement or cancellation in writing to Girlionsafari.co.in. There will be cancellation of charges which become evident from the Date we have received the email. Here are the terms of Cancellation Policy that would apply;
  • 👉 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
  • 👉 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
  • 👉 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
  • 👉 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
  • 👉 Less than 48 hours or no show: NO REFUND.
  • 👉 Please note that Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amounts are non-refundable. For bookings with three persons, one room with an extra mattress will be provided.
  • 👉 Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc., will be communicated to you via mail or phone before the travel date.
  • 👉 Important Note: If your safari booking is unsuccessful due to technical errors or seat unavailability, we will refund the entire amount to your provided bank account. The same will be communicated accordingly.
  • 👉 During peak seasons such as weekends or holidays (Holi, Diwali, X-Mas & New Year), separate cancellation policies for hotel or forest lodge bookings may apply as required.
  • 👉 If there are 3 Travellers/Tourists stationed in a single room, an additional mattress shall be given;
  • 👉 The information regarding changes made to Govt. Taxes, Hotel Charges, Safari Charges etc. shall be informed through Email or Phone prior to the Date of Travelling
  • 👉 PLEASE NOTE: IN CASE OF NON-BOOKING OF SAFARI DUE TO TECHNICAL ERRORS OR NON-AVAILABILITY OF THE SEATS, THE ENTIRE FEE SHALL BE REFUNDED (DEPENDING ON THE REFUND POLICY) AND MONIES SHALL BE REMITTED INTO THE BANK ACCOUNT PROVIDED. Girlionsafari.co.in. SHALL COMMUNICATE ABOUT THE REMITTANCE ACCORDINGLY;
  • 👉 An entirely different cancellation policy shall BECOME APPLICABLE during the PEAK HOLIDAY SEASONS viz-a-viz (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) or Weekdays, or Weekends. We shall advise about the cancellation policy to traveller/tourist/visitor subsequently.
  • 👉 NOTE ON LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS: Once the Safari Tours/other services is fixed and there are chances of revision and/or hike in Safari Tours, Govt. Taxes, or Fuel Cost or Charges of Guide, then extra charges shall be incurred thereof.
  • 👉 FORCE MAJEURE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHANGES IN CLIMATIC CONDITIONS OR STRIKES, OR ATTACKS OR TRAFFIC PROBLEMS, OR POLITICAL UPHEAVELS. SUCH INCIDENTS MAY RESULT IN THE RESTRICTIONS OR CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP. IN ALL SUCH SCENARIOS WE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR REFUNDS.
  • 👉 DISPUTABILITY: IF ANY DISPUTE ARISES WITH US OR OUR PARTNERS, THEN THE SAME CAN ONLY BE CONTESTED WITHIN THE JURISDICTION AND THE COURTS OF DELHI.

  • 👉 Payments should be made only to company accounts.
  • 👉 Travelers can pay a 50% advance to confirm the booking, with the remaining 50% payable upon arrival/start of the tour.
  • 👉 Paying 100% in advance may entitle travelers to additional discount benefits.
  • 👉 Travelers agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable.
