NoteIf in serendipity or due to any inevitable purpose the traveller/tourist/visitor proposes to either postpone or opt for cancellation of safari trip, then S/he should intimate about such a postponement or cancellation in writing. 📌 If there are 3 Travellers/Tourists stationed in a single room, an additional mattress shall be given;
📌 The information regarding changes made to Govt. Taxes, Hotel Charges, Safari Charges etc. shall be informed through Email or Phone prior to the Date of Travelling;
📌 PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE OF NON-BOOKING OF SAFARI DUE TO TECHNICAL ERRORS OR NON-AVAILABILITY OF THE SEATS, THE ENTIRE FEE SHALL BE REFUNDED (DEPENDING ON THE REFUND POLICY) AND MONIES SHALL BE REMITTED INTO THE BANK ACCOUNT PROVIDED. WE SHALL COMMUNICATE ABOUT THE REMITTANCE ACCORDINGLY;
📌 An entirely different cancellation policy shall BECOME APPLICABLE during the PEAK HOLIDAY SEASONS viz-a-viz (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) or Weekdays, or Weekends. We shall advise about the cancellation policy to traveller/tourist/visitor subsequently.
📌 NOTE ON LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS: Once the Safari Tours/other services is fixed and there are chances of revision and/or hike in Safari Tours, Govt. Taxes, or Fuel Cost or Charges of Guide, then extra charges shall be incurred thereof.
📌 FORCE MAJEURE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHANGES IN CLIMATIC CONDITIONS OR STRIKES, OR ATTACKS OR TRAFFIC PROBLEMS, OR POLITICAL UPHEAVELS. SUCH INCIDENTS MAY RESULT IN THE RESTRICTIONS OR CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP. IN ALL SUCH SCENARIOS WE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR REFUNDS.
📌 DISPUTABILITY: IF ANY DISPUTE ARISES WITH US OR OUR PARTNERS, THEN THE SAME CAN ONLY BE CONTESTED WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF DELHI.
